INGREDIENTS: (FULL BOTTLE)
METHOD:
- (See 'Pizza' or 'Glossary' for definitions, see 'Pizza' for examples) The fermentation time was brief, and so the ethanol quantity will not be potent. |

Tips & Evaluation
The physical reactions that occurred have a major effect on the flavour of the drink, it gives it a fizzy taste to live up to the name of a 'beer'. Colour, texture and viscosity are also fundamental results of the process. Fermentation gives the ginger beer its ethanol content; and the quantity depends on time.
Make sure to leave the bottle alone in room temperature and giving it enough time in the fridge to ensure fermentation has happened. If not, the taste would not be achieved. Leave space at the top so when the bottle is in the fridge, the lid doesn't burst off due to a build up of carbon dioxide.
